David R.Miller, A.I.A., NCARB AR-9417

Mr. Miller is a Florida registered and nationally certified Architect. Mr. Miller, a Wellington resident since 1986 and an Atlanta resident for seven years prior to that, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has completed graduate studies in real estate and urban affairs at Georgia State University. He brings an understanding of practical field applications to the design of quality architecture. Mr. Miller has been involved in the preparation of full construction documents for competitively bid projects ranging in size from $350 million to $30 thousand, and has also provided master planning and site planning for projects ranging in size from one to 4,600 acres.

Mr. Miller is a State of Florida licensed and nationally certified Architect, in addition to holding Florida Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Salesman licenses. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, holds national certification through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Mr. Miller served on the Board of Supervisors of the St. Lucie West Services District, a governmental body responsible for the infrastructure improvements in that community, and served as the Chairman of the Wellington Architectural Review Committee. He also served for ten years as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning, Zoning, and Adjustment Board for the Village of Wellington.

Mr. Miller has served successfully as a senior vice-president and board member, as well as a project architect and project manager for such firms as John Portman and Associates of Atlanta and Knight Enterprises of Boca Raton. He has planned and implemented construction and space planning techniques to complement leasing and marketing programs, and has directed the efforts of development teams through planning and governmental reviews and approvals. He has been involved in a variety of commercial building types including golf course facilities, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, parking garages, meeting facilities, historical renovations, convention centers, retail centers, as well as mixed use developments, office parks, and urban infrastructure improvements.
